1. Architect: The Committee continues to meet with the Architect to discuss the next required set of design drawings. The Committee is made up of parishioners

            and the School Principal.

PARISH CENTER UPDATE ….. Attached are time-stamped updates.

2. Finances: At the present time over $3,200,000 has been pledged. The money

            is in the bank earning interest.

            ~         Father has made a contribution to the diocesan campaign on behalf of the

                       parish. There have been a number of credits given to the parish from

                       individuals who   have supported the Archdiocesan Campaign.

            ~         To have the building address the Life Center needs the parish might have

                       to borrow additional monies.

            A complete report must be presented to the Archdiocese.

Archdiocese: Father has received the approval from the Archdiocesan College of Consultors.

4. Township: The Building Plan prepared by the Architect must be submitted to

            the Township. The site plan was previously presented and approved.

5. Construction: The calendar plan is as follows:

                      Invite contractors to submit bids               January 11, 2012
·                   Contractor Bids Due                                     February 7, 2012
·                   Award contract                                                February 2012
·                   Begin Construction                                       April 2012
·                   Utilities and School Construction             June - August 2012
·                   Construction Complete                                March 2013
